1. Who We Are

kidsandco.ie is an Irish owned and registered registered business. All orders follow Irish law and applicable EU rules.

2. Prices & VAT

Prices are in Euro (€). VAT is added where required. EU VAT rules apply for customers with valid VAT numbers.

3. Placing and Accepting Orders

Your order is only confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We can refuse or cancel orders if stock is unavailable or information is incorrect.

4. Payments

Payment must be made before shipping unless agreed otherwise. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Ireland to EU countries. Delivery times are estimates. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dublin, usually within 1-2 working days.

6.  Returns & Faulty Items

Please examine your order upon receipt.
If items are faulty or missing, you must contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund affected items.

We do not accept returns for unsold stock or change of mind.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

We follow GDPR. We use your details only for orders, deliveries, and account management. You can ask to see or update your data at any time.

8. Liability & Unexpected Events

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., transport strikes, weather).
